We spent many months getting the house ready for sale, but the initial realtor we were working with ended up being very ineffective. He hadn't even come to the house in the six weeks prior to when we terminated our agreement with him, and there had been very little interest in the property during the entire four months we had been working with him. Fortunately, we made the incredibly good decision to work with Lisa Wynne, and we couldn't be happier! After having the house professionally staged, Lisa created beautiful flyers and marketing materials to promote the property. She used all the social media platforms to ensure it was seen by as many people as possible, which resulted in each open house she conducted having a much higher-than-expected turnout, unlike the competing open houses, which had very few visitors. Within less than two weeks of the house being listed with Lisa, the amount of interest in the property was just about double that of the previous four months.
